"I bought these because I knew my daughter would love the colors. I've had other Hatley items for her so I was hopeful and quality would be what I was used to and it definitely is. Shipping seemed decently quit and we had no issues. My daughter had another pair of snow pants and after a bit of time outside she was cold and damp, these pants held up. She was dry and warm and able to spend as much time in the snow as she wanted"

"We love the snow pants, but they arrived with the snap torn out of the fabric. I have not been able to reach a customer service person via email or phone. Otherwise, they are everything we wanted- warm, durable and nice looking."
