The description of the dress said it was perfect for a petite person and that helped me choose it! I am happy whete the hem line sits. Hatley definitely should expand its offerings to provide options for petite women. I have to avoid many beautiful dresses because of the designs not suitable for a petite frame: ie waistline, interesting designs at the hem that would have to be cut off."
