What’s the difference between Hatley and Little Blue House?

Hatley is loved for its timeless children and women’s apparel. It is especially known for its kids’ rainwear and pajamas and women’s dresses. Little Blue House is all about quirky prints inspired by nature, matching family pajamas, and fun gifts for everyone in the family. Both brands live on one website, and you can shop them together in a single cart.

Can I shop both brands in the same order?

Yes! Add items from either brand to your cart and check out all at once.

Do I need separate accounts for Hatley and Little Blue House?

No, your account works across both brands.

I can’t find an item on your website. Do you still carry it?

If it’s not online, it’s likely sold out or discontinued. You may still be able to find it at our retail stores or wholesale partners. If you can’t find a specific style, know that we introduce new products in our best selling bodies every season.

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email. Did it go through?

Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact Customer Care. We’ll confirm and resend your order details.

I didn’t receive a shipment email / Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. If you haven’t received one, your order may still be processing. Contact us for confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can only cancel or adjust if it hasn’t been processed. Once shipped, no changes are possible, but you may refuse delivery or return items.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. You can also log into your account to check status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Orders must be placed through the correct store: our Canada site ships within Canada, our UK site ships within the UK region, and our US site ships internationally. Rates and delivery times vary by location.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Montreal, QC (Canada), or from our UK warehouses in Richmond or Clarks Village, based on your delivery address.

I want to mail my order as a gift. Is it possible to not send the invoice with the order?

We don’t include pricing information on our packing slips, so your order can be sent as a gift. Your order confirmation email serves as the receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items with tags. Some exclusions apply. See Returns & Exchanges.

Can I return an online purchase in-store?

Payments & Promotions

Why do I see two charges on my credit card?

One is a temporary pre-authorization hold. The actual charge is processed once your order ships, and the hold will disappear within a few days (depending on your bank).

Do you offer gift cards?

We don’t currently sell gift cards online. Gift cards can be purchased in-store only. Visit our Store Locator for the closest store.

I forgot to apply my promo code. Can it still be used?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can adjust the price. If it has already shipped, we’ll refund you the discount amount.
